The grievance of the petitioners-fishermen co-operative society is that they have made representation dated 29-11-2016 to the 3rd and 4th respondents seeking permission to permit the members of the society to cultivate fish and for fishing rights in Srivari Samudram Reservoir, Singotam Village, Kollapur Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, but the 3rd and 4th respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation till date. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Fisheries. 3.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners is only with regard non-considering of their representation dated 29-11-2016, suffice it to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation dated 29-11-2016 said to have made by the petitioners-society and pass orders thereon in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
