The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.75 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 493 & 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act 2015, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
