This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C with a request to withdraw C.C.No.137 of 2017 pending on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad and transfer the same to the any Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. It is the case of the petitioner that respondents 1 to 4 lodged report with the police against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, IPC and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, which is now pending before the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur and she also filed M.C.No.487 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for he respondents fairly accepted the request made by the petitioner, but without making any observations or touching the merits in C.C.No.137 of 2017. Acceding the request of the petitioner and no objection reported by the respondent, C.C.No.137 of 2017 pending on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur is withdrawn and transferred to IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to try and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the transfer criminal petition is allowed without touching the merits of the other contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
