HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 342 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 23.06.2015, passed by this Court in WP No. 15755 of 2015.

2. This Court disposed of the said writ petition directing the first respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner before taking action for grant of final registration to the respondents 6 and 7.

3. Now a counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents 1, 3 and 4 stating that a notice in Rc.No.1245/A2/2015, dated 22.03.2015, was issued to the petitioner calling for objections on the recommendations made by the Mandal Level Committee, as per the directions of this Court dated 23.06.2015. It was also stated that after receipt of objections from the petitioner, the said objections would be placed before the District Level Committee for taking appropriate action.

4. In view of the same, nothing need be further adjudicated in the present Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
