Heard Sri A. Yadava Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 3 and 4.

Petitioners contend that they have applied on 27.02.2016 vide Application No.3000065441 for regularization of their plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015, but Respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioners' Application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' Application dated 27.02.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate them the decision taken thereon. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
