This Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.676 of 2017 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Criminal Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.668 of 2017.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of Criminal Petition No.668 of 2017, dt. 05.09.2017. With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. The Office is directed to append the copy of the Order dt.05.09.2017 in Criminal Petition No.668 of 2017 to this Order. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
