Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.1277 of 2016, on the file of the Court of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the Calendar Case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
