No. 28389 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.07.2018 in O.A.No. 1411 of 2018 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in Civil Appeal Nos. 9856 - 9860 of 2016, dated 27.09.2016, and to this effect, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 04.07.2018, however till date, the respondents have not taken any decision thereon.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 04.07.2018 said to have been made by the petitioner in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in Civil Appeal Nos. 9856 - 9860 of 2016, dated

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_28389_2018 27.09.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
