At the admission stage, the following order is passed. In view of the common order dated 16.2.2015 passed in Criminal Petition Nos. 7289 & 16576 of 2014 and batch, this Criminal Petition for quashment of DVC No. 1 of 2015 is not maintainable. Petitioners/A-2 to A-4 are at liberty to put forth their defence before the concerned trial court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
