THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28233 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner, as advocated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, is that despite making an application, dated 25.07.2018, pending confiscation proceedings, no orders have been passed so far by the 3rd respondent for release of the vehicle.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate Orders will be passed on the said application.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the application, dated 25.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
