This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 16.12.2003 passed by the District Collector, Nellore, whereby the fourth respondent was permitted to draw water.

However, the fourth respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that he was not drawing water from the pond.

Taking on record the said stand of the fourth respondent, the writ petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
