HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.28645 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 16.05.2018.

2. After notice was ordered, Mr. Swaroop Oorilla, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, produced a copy of the order, dated 05.06.2018, by which the representation of the petitioner was already disposed of.

3. Therefore, the writ petition has virtually become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed.

4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
