This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents in interfering with life of the petitioners and harassing them to inform whereabouts of Bhaskar and Govindamma, who are brother-in-law and sister of the 1st petitioner against whom the complaint has been lodged by Mulagada Housing Society, Gajuwaka, Vishakapatnam. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that petitioners were enquired about the accused in Cr.No.469 of 2018 over phone with the 1st petitioner and in person with the 2nd petitioner being the relatives of accused. The other allegation regarding taking of cell-phone of mother of the 1st petitioner is denied. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
