The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.205 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The 1st petitioner is the husband of the 3rd respondent. The present complaint has arisen out of matrimonial disputes between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent. It is stated that since 2013, the 3rd respondent has not been living with the 1st petitioner and that there was no communication between them, and after a gap of more than 3 years, she lodged the present complaint with false allegations. 4.
The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.
