HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 435 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2014 passed in WPMP.No. 45629 of 2014 in Writ Petition No. 36450 of 2014. This Court through order dated 28.11.2014 directed to consider the case of eligible Superintendents of Temples for promotion as Executive Officers Grade-I and if there are any other vacancies of Executive Officer Grade-I, the cases of

suitable Executive Officers Grade-III may also be considered for promotion.

Today the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for consideration and after hearing the learned Counsel on either side, the said Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. In view of the same, there is no need to proceed further with the Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is therefore closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
