Hanmanth Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the matter has become infructuous but would request that leave be granted to the petitioners to approach the statutory authority for redressal of their grievances as and when cause arises.

Sri P.V. Uma Shankara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent Bank, states that he has no objection. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
