Tiris Criminal Petition is frled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.9617 of 2022 pending on the file of learned IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the C.C. is coming up for trial and the petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-larv and brother-in-law respectively of respondent No.2.

Taking into consideration the fact that a false case is registered against the petition ers/A2, A3 and A4 and the allegations levelled against them are false and baseless, the Crimina-l petition is disposed of and the appearance/attendance of the petitioners/A2, A3 and 44 before the learned IX Addjtional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, Cyberabad, is dispensed with unless and until their presence is required by the trial Court for giving evidence/for a specific purpose.
