THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26678 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the award passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.141/2004, dated 13.04.2007 and published in G.O.Rt.No.1664, dated 18.07.2007 as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with back wages, continuity of service with all attendant benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
