HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY SA.MP.No.2562 OF 2016 AND SA.No.690 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the Judgment dated 12.04.2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cumAdditional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar in AS.No.51 of 2012, which was allowed and the suit filed by the plaintiffs in OS.No.49 of 2006 is dismissed.

During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant and the respondents have filed Memorandum of Compromise, which is signed by the parties and their counsel. The said compromise is accompanied by a petition i.e. SA.MP.No.2562 of 2016, seeking to dispose of the Appeal by decreeing the suit in terms of compromise entered into between the parties. Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

The appellant and respondents 1 and 2 are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel. The parties, who are present in the Court, admit the terms of Compromise.

In view of the above, the Compromise entered into between the parties is hereby recorded and SA.MP.No.2562 of 2016 is ordered. A decree be drawn in accordance with the

terms of Compromise and a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the record. Accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of Compromise entered into between the parties.
