This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant/Union of India against the order passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Secunderabad Bench at Secunderabad in O.A.A.No.49 of 2008, dated 26.04.2013, wherein the Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.4,00,000/- in favour of the respondents/claimants, who are the dependents of the deceased P.Pardhasaradhi, who died in train accident.

It is stated by both the learned counsel that this Court, in similar circumstances, has disposed of CMA No.743 of 2011 today. For the reasons alike in Judgment in CMA No.743 of 2011 today, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly dismissed. No costs.
