Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries for respondents.

2. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondent in considering and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 19.03.2014 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013.

3. Even though a notice was ordered on 01.06.2015, no counter-affidavit is filed.

4. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.03.2014 for conversion of his lands in R.S.Nos.32/2, 4, 33/1B, 2, 3A, 3B, 3C and 4A2, totally admeasuring Acs.6.87 cents, situated at Oddulameraka Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District and dispose of the same in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
