THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.29694 of 2010 ORDER:

By an interim order passed in W.P.M.P.No.37842 of 2010 dated 21.03.2011, the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2010.

Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and the respondents had extended the benefit of Revised Pay Scales, 2005 arrears to the petitioner. Learned counsel would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall be also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
