HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43552 OF 2016 ORDER:
The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the proceedings against the petitioners in CC No.364 of 2016 on the file of Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, dispense with the presence of the petitioners.
Heard and perused the material available on record. After perusing the record, this Court expressed its opinion that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners, then, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments and requested to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the Court below.
Hence, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with before the Court below, except on the dates on which their presence is specifically required by the Court below.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
