This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondents 3 and 4 - Station House Officer and Sub-Inspector of Police, Husnabad Police Station to complete the investigation into Crime No. 345 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on receipt of oral instructions, submits that the investigation into Crime No. 345 of 2016 has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed on 15.09.2017 before the Court of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Husnabad.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
