Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01-07-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner dated 01-07-2018 was enquired into and found the same to be civil in nature and a notice dated 09-08-2018 to that effect was also issued to the petitioner informing the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her.
