Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order in view of the challenge made by the orders of even date passed by the third respondent.

The petitioners sought quashing of the order Nos.C/6522/2003, dated 21.01.2004 passed by the third respondent. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in an identical issue in W.P.No.3164 of 2004, wherein a similar distraint order dated 21.01.2004 passed by the third respondent was challenged, this Court allowed the said Writ Petition by order dated 27.03.2014.

In view of the above, these two Writ Petitions are also allowed in terms of the order in W.P.No.3164 of 2004 dated 27.03.2004. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.
