This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to C.C.No.523 of 2012 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and quash the same. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor filed Memo, dated 28.08.2018, stating that the parties have compromised the case before the Lok Adalat on 24.12.2014 and the petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the same, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 4.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
