Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise produced letter addressed by the 4th respondent to the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise, stating that as there was an objection to the shop suggested by the 5th respondent for establishing wine shop, the 5th respondent chosen another premises and that basing on the same, proposal was submitted for the second premises and after due verification, the licensing authority issued license bearing No.KU/68/2017-19, dated 05.07.2017. It is also stated in the said letter that there is no issue for establishing or proposed to establish A4 shop as mentioned in the writ petition i.e., D.No.6/27A, Jupadu Banglow Village & Mandal, Kurnool District.

In view of the averments in the aforesaid letter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and same is accordingly closed.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
