W.P.M.P.No.50396 of 2015 is filed under Section 151 of CPC seeking the following relief:

"To permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition, to enable the petitioner to avail the One Time Settlement under G.O.Ms.No.35, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department dated 4.12.2014, as extended by G.O.Rt.No.255 Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department dated 5.8.2015".

The petition is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the W.P.M.P.No.50396 of 2015 is allowed, granting the relief as prayed for.
