THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.75 OF 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) It is represented on behalf of Sri J. Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel who appeared for the petitioner earlier, that he has given a 'no objection' vakalat. However, we find that the said 'no objection vakalat' has not been acted upon till date. It is further stated that the petitioner has also been informed that the
learned counsel can no longer continue to represent it. In that view of the matter, the Public Interest Litigation is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
