THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4441 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 23.07.2016 passed in I.A.No.464 of 2016 in O.S.No.159 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court at appropriate stage. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
