OFFICE NOTE 15.10.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 (for being mentioned) This application is filed under the caption 'for being mentioned' praying this Court to verify and modify the condition No.(i) of paragraph No.6 of order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.12830 of 2025.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the condition imposed in paragraph No.6, sub para No.(i) be modified as sureties to the satisfaction of XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, at Kukatpally, instead of, to the satisfaction of the Kukatpally Police Station.

Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this interlocutory application is ordered, modifying the condition No.(i) in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.12830 of 2025 as "to the satisfaction of the XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, at Kukatpally ", in place of "to the satisfaction of Kukatpally

Police Station".

Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
