CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1547 OF 2005 O R D E R :

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the judgment passed in Criminal Appeal No. 79 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, N.T.R. Nagar, Hyderabad, dated 13/09/2005 confirming the judgment passed in C.C.No. 1334 of 2001, dated 05/7/2004 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, [East and North], Ranga Reddy district.

2. When the matter is taken, the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would represent that the petitioner died long back and the Revision Petition is automatically abates.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor would also submit that since the petitioner have already died, no further cause would survive and the Criminal Revision Case is abated.
