This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.1191 of 2015 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to Family Court, Guntur.

Wife filed this application. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was performed on 20-62014 at Sri Kali Vanashramam, Pedakakani, at Guntur, their marriage was consummated and she joined her husband and there are no issues out of their wedlock. She stated that respondent and his parents started harassing her and she was necked out from the house three months after the marriage.

She stated that mediation by the elders did not give any result and having no other go, she gave a report to Police, Pedakakani who registered Cr.No.91 of 2015. She stated that respondent filed O.P. in Family Court, Ranga Reddy suppressing the real facts. She stated that she is staying with her parents and it became burden to them and it is difficult for her to travel from Pedakakani to Hyderabad which is 300 K.M. for defending O.P. She also stated that there are none to accompany her to Hyderabad and she can not even bear

the traveling charges and accommodation charges at Hyderabad. For these reasons, she sought transfer of O.P. from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to Family Court, Guntur.

Respondent, in spite of granting time, did not file counter disputing the affidavit averments of the petition. Heard arguments.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that petitioner filed D.V.C.No.34 of 2016 and M.C.No.3 of 2016 in the courts a t Guntur and respondent is attending for those cases and no prejudice would be caused if O.P. is also transferred to Guntur. It is further stated that petitioner is solely dependent on the mercy of her parents and she is not in possession to meet even traveling expenses and accommodation expenses at Hyderabad.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit of the petitioner, and considering the fact that respondent is already attending Guntur court in connection of D.V.C. and M.C. filed by petitioner herein, I am of the view that request of wife can be considered.

For these reasons, O.P.No.1191 of 2015 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar and transferred to Family Court, Guntur for disposal in accordance with law.

Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
