THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1847 OF 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in denying Special Compensatory Allowance (SCA) on the ground that the habitations/hamlets of their respective Schedule Areas are not mention in Annexure to G.O.Ms.No.6, dated 12.01.2017.

This Court, by order dated 01.02.2008, gave liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 explaining the right to Special Compensatory Allowance as contemplated in G.O.ms.No.6, dated 12.01.2007 and on filing of such representation, the respondents were directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the said order, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
