This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in obstructing the petitioner to draw the water through pipeline to their respective lands. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the Station House Officer, Nandavaram P.S was on leave on the alleged date i.e. on 29.07.2018 to 31.07.2018; that they have never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and their vendors; and that they never obstructed the petitioner from drawing water through pipeline to their agricultural lands. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and third parties. No order as to costs.
