After hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy by way of appeal to the 2nd respondent challenging the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, granting liberty to petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
