THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI M.A. C.M.A. No.2008 of 2012 JUDGMENT :

Learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter dated 24.10.2017 reporting that the entire amount in M.V.O.P.No.602 of 2008 was deposited into the tribunal and not interested in pursuing the appeal and sought permission to withdraw the appeal.

The counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 are present and the counsel for first respondent requested that the first respondent-claimant may be permitted to withdraw the entire amount. The memo dated 24.10.2017 is recorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs. The first respondent-claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount lying to the credit of M.V.O.P.No.602 of 2008 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy with interest and costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
