THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27439 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana) submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.26484 of 2017 by order, dated 08.08.2017. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the second respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.PY05-9500, and on such application being made, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 08.08.2017 in W.P.No.26484 of 2017 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
