THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3563 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in issuing G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrgn. & CAD (PW) Dept., dated 15.04.1986 without including the category of grand son as dependant of displaced families on par with spouse/son/daughter, and the consequential proceedings of respondent No.4 issued in Proc. No.SE/DMC/EB/EC-2/CF-138M, dated 06.03.2012 in rejecting the request of petitioner for including his name in the place of his deceased father in the integrated seniority list as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.

3 to consider the case of petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant under displaced persons quota in the offices of respondents 4 and 5 forthwith by including his name in the place of his deceased father in the integrated seniority list." Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the judgment of this Court in Chief Engineer, APGENCO, KTPS, Paloncha, Khammam District v.

S.K.Nazar[1], the present writ petition has to be dismissed. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
