THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.44557 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr. S. Chalapathi Rao for petitioner and Mr. Narender Reddy for second respondent.

The counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to file representation against the notice impugned in the writ petition before second respondent and second respondent may be directed to pass orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of such explanation.

The Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent will consider the explanation within the four corners of the Panchayat Raj Act and pass orders if explanation is filed within the time granted by this Court.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

"Petitioner is given liberty to file explanation against the notice impugned in the Writ Petition within one week from today. The second respondent is directed to pass orders in

SVB, J W.P.No.44557 of 2016 accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of such explanation."

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
