This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.45 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b), 25 of NDPS Act and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners were found in possession of Ganja and unlicensed country made pistol.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
