ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he is owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.99 cents in Survey No.4, Kondapuram village and mandal, YSR Kadapa district. He entered into an agreement of sale and when the deed of conveyance was presented for registration on 19.4.2017 before the Sub Registrar/4th respondent, the 4th respondent has assigned Temporary Registration No. 4 of 2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far said document is not processed nor returned and the same is kept pending without assigning any reasons. According to the learned counsel for petitioner, on verification of the prohibited list of properties, it was noticed that property of the petitioner is not included in the list of prohibited properties, in spite of the same, 4th respondent is not releasing the document. Hence, this writ petition. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Having regard to the facts of the case, 4th respondent is directed to process the Temporary Registration No. 4/2017 and if it is otherwise in order, register and release the document, and if the property of the petitioner is included in the list of prohibited properties, same should be intimated to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
