This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner impugning the inaction of the respondents in disconnecting the L.T. power supply connection bearing account No.SZ 007546 to the petitioner's industry, despite the representation, dated 20.02.2017, of the petitioner and seeking a consequential direction to the respondents to immediately disconnect the power supply to the petitioner's industry.

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and of Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL representing the respondents. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed of with an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 20.02.2017, of the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL representing the respondents endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the said submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to dispose of the representation, dated 20.02.2017, of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
