HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26103 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking regularization of his services and the respondent has not considered his case for regularization. During pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has expired.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner seeking identical relief has filed I.D.No.106 of 1994 and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. This Court, having considered the rival submissions, is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the legal representatives of the petitioner, if so advised, to submit representation before the respondents seeking relief within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 28-11-2018 Prv
