This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.4, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.97 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kadam Police Station, Nirmal District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a similar type of petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
