Gaddam Vinod Kumar v. The District Collector,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15746 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent authorities particularly 1st respondent in not fixing the compensation towards damages being caused by erecting transmission towers and drawing high voltage transmission lines in and across the petitioners'
lands, inspite of their representations dated 20.03.2017 and 27.02.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 01.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2636 of 2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
