THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5028 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) In this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner has questioned the order, dated 29.10.2015, in Revision Petition No.LR-1/716/2015 passed by the Commissioner (Appeals) of Land Administration, Hyderabad, in exercise of powers under Section 166 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (for short, 'the Act').

Under the Act itself, there is a remedy of appeal/revision to the Government against the impugned order. In view of the same, there is no reason to entertain this revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under the Act, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
