This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6 in failing to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters and also water supply connection to the Plots owned by the Petitioners i.e. Petitioner No.1 i.e. Plot No.363, Petitioner No.2 i.e. Plot No. 269, Petitioner No.3 Plot No.567, Petitioner No.5 Plot No.883 and Petitioner No.7 Plot No.343 in Survey No.11, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.), and respective Flats owned by the, Petitioners No.4 and 6 in Silicon Heights in Sy.Nos.

11, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.), and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to act in accordance with law and to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters to the houses of the Petitioners situate in Sy.Nos.11 Part, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., without being influenced by the instructions of the 5th respondent and consequently direct the 6th respondent to grant water supply connection pursuant to the applications made by the petitioners."

At the bar, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.32614 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015 and 40856 of 2015, dated 26.07.2016 and copies of the said orders are placed on record. The same is not disputed.

Following the above said orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. It is further made clear that the petitioners herein shall comply with all the statutory requirements. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
