HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5861 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 28.01.2013 issued by the second respondent transferring the petitioner from Mandamarri to Manuguru Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that consequent upon the order of transfer, the petitioner was relieved from the post on 14.02.2013.

Though the Writ Petition came up for admission on 27.02.2013, no interim order was passed by this Court. In view of the lapse of time, this Writ Petition is dismissed since it is a case of transfer.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
